I am a commercial operations and analytics leader with more than 25 years of experience turning data into actionable insight. I founded and scaled a data-driven services business, managed P&L, legal, finance, HR, and led client engagements at the C-suite and operations level. I’ve negotiated and supported more than $75 million in contracts, built incentive compensation and BI solutions for dozens of pharma teams, and designed hundreds of analytics and reporting deliverables using platforms like AWS Quick Suite and Power BI. My focus is solving real commercial problems—bridging strategy, data, and execution to drive measurable results.
